Based in Welton, FocusAbility has ran a fun, inclusive Day Opportunities Centre for over 10 years.

Supported Holidays

We have supported people with a wide range of learning disabilities to experience: weekend breaks, short local beaks, group holidays and international dream holidays.

Community Supported Living

FocusAbility’s view of Community Supported Living ​is to encourage individuals to access the support and care they need to live as independently as possible.We have found shared accommodation works for the people we support and significantly reduces the costs. It also enables us to ensure there is always support in the property when needed, day or night.

About FocusAbility

 
FocusAbility Support & Care Services are a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people in their own homes and in their own tenancies. We have a new exciting Day Centre located in Welton/Dunholme and offer numerous supported holidays. We provide a service to adults, living with a range of support needs, enabling people to live independently in the community. We ensure everyone who use our service can live as full a life as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes. Our principles reflect the need for people with learning disabilities and/or autism to live meaningful lives that include control, choice, and independence. Individuals at our service receive planned and co-ordinated person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive for them.
