FocusAbility Care and Support are a holistic service enabling individual's with learning disabilities and/or autism to live full and aspiring lives. We pride ourselves in focusing on ABILITY not disability! We provide quality based care for adults with learning disabilities in Lincoln and surrounding areas. 

 

WHAT WE DO:

 

FocusAbility Care and Support services are a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people in their own homes and in their own tenancies. We have a new exciting Day Centre located in Welton/Dunholme and offer numerous supported holidays. We provide a service to adults, living with a range of support needs, enabling people to live independently in the community. We ensure everyone who use our service can live as full a life as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes. Our principles reflect the need for people with learning disabilities and/or autism to live meaningful lives that include control, choice, and independence. Individuals at our service receive planned and co-ordinated person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive for them.

We are registered on the Lincolnshire Adult Social Care Provider Framework for Community Supported Living (CSL).
